Candidate information is either provided directly be you, or by a third party, such as a Job Board. This data is used for the legitimate business aim of assessing the suitability of job seekers for open roles, and to contact you in relation to these vacancies.

Should your job application be successful, you will be asked for further personal details to allow us to carry out pre-employment checks and to ensure you have the right to work in the UK. This information may be provided by you, or by a third party- such as a reference from a previous employer.
From time to time, we may request permission to hold and use your data for future vacancies. In these instances, you will be asked to consent to this use of your data. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
You have the right to request details of the information we hold about you. This will be provided free of charge, and within 30 days of your request. You also have the right of erasure, and of portability.
