02-Dec-2009: Ice is not Nice
Long-term research and testing contract awarded aiming to better characterise the physics and behaviour of ice in aircraft fuel systems. Fuel system water management and icing is one of WEC’s particular strengths with many years experience across several aircraft types.
28-Sep-2009: Significant Work Packages Won
Confidence in our ability to deliver is recognised by Airbus in these contract awards for Fuel Systems work extending to September 2012. They cover support and development for all Airbus in-service aircraft from A318 to A380 and A400M Fuel and Inerting Systems Development.
17-Aug-2009: Ferchau: Together We Are Stronger
Framework Agreement for EADS work signed with Germany’s foremost engineering service provider Ferchau Engineering GmbH. In 2009 FERCHAU is named an EADS A Supplier for Engineering Services, a status shared by only five companies in the world.
